  Anil Rajadhyaksha - Managing Director
  • Joined in 1989 as a MD of Codec Communications (P) Ltd.
  • Worked from 1988 to 1998 as a Management Consultant to various Companies.
  • As a Management Consultant, he was responsible for supplying software business solutioning for those companies.
  • From 1979 till 1988 he worked with Accumax Ltd. in a Sr. Management Role.
  • He holds M.S. in Industrial Engineering and MBA from I.I.T. Chicago USA.
  
Gauri Mahajan - Project Manager
  • Joined as a Project Manager with Codec in 1998.
  • Worked as Management Representative for two ISO Certifications - 1994 and 2000
  • Currently handles additional responsibility of designing and implementing processes within the organization.
  • Holds a Masters in Computers Management (M.C.M.) from University of Pune.
  • Work profile involves Business and System Analysis, Testing, Design & Development.
  
Rustum Khedkar - Management Representative
  • Joined as a Project Leader with Codec in 1998.
  • Currently responsible as a Project Manager and holding an additional responsibility as a Management Representative (ISO)
  • Holds a Masters In Computer Science (M.C.S.) and a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) - Finance, from the University of Pune.
  • More than 6 years of Industry Experience.
  • Worked as an EDP In-charge with a Co-Operative Society from 1995-1996.
  
Shrirang Chitnis - Project Manager
  • Joined Codec in 2000 as Project Leader
  • Experience of 15 + years in IT. Is currently responsible for leading the programming team, responsible for executing programming tasks for Bay Area Credit Services, related to Universe or other report automation tasks.
  • Responsible for setting up Data Entry procedures for various processes being carried out in BACS viz. Bankruptcy, Credit Card Posting, Skip Tracing and so on.
Infrastructure :-
Our in house data communication infrastructure includes multiple servers and fixed communication lines to the Internet. This is efficiently fire-walled and tested by external agencies to ensure it's robustness. The e-mail infrastructure and web collaboration runs on a Linux server and is fully protected from virus attacks by a virus gateway firewall.

The leased line to the Internet is via India's leading ISP's and is controlled by Cisco Routers. In the DMZ we have our IP-Phone, Terminal Server and Web Server infrastructure.

We run Unix, Linux and Windows servers for staging, testing and source control. Programmers are equipped with the latest IDE for software development activities.
